CLEAR ANSWERS, NO FINE PRINT
What exactly does Amplr do, how does support work, and what happens to your current network? Here you'll find the answers explained in plain language.,
Info
An ISP typically provides the connection. Amplr takes a holistic view of the entire network: from routers and Wi-Fi to failover, insights, and support. We can maintain your existing connection, supplement it, or take it over entirely, depending on what works best for your organization.
Yes. Amplr is designed for organizations with one or more locations. We use a single, repeatable network standard and bring all locations together in amplr.cloud.
You can view the status of your locations, networks, and connected devices. You can monitor and manage them yourself, or leave the day-to-day management entirely to Amplr.
Monitoring alerts us as soon as something is out of the ordinary. Whenever possible, we intervene remotely. If the primary connection fails and failover is in place, the agreed-upon critical systems automatically switch over.
Amplr goes beyond what a traditional internet service provider offers. We combine your internet connection with network hardware, automatic backups, monitoring, and support. This way, you have a single partner who not only provides the service but also continues to follow up with you.
Support
Give us a call or send us an email, and you'll speak with a representative who is familiar with your case. No call center, no waiting in line.
In the event of a malfunction, we usually identify issues proactively through monitoring, often before you even notice them yourself.
With amplr.cloud, you can immediately see what's going on: which devices are offline and where the problem lies. For most issues, you can perform an initial check yourself, and for the rest, you can contact support with a single click.
In most cases, we resolve issues remotely via amplr.cloud. If that’s not possible, we’ll schedule an on-site visit with the same team members who are already familiar with your case.
You can reach us through the support channels included in your plan, such as phone, email, or the Help Center. Please specify the location in question and what isn't working so we can investigate the issue right away.
For the components we monitor, we receive a notification as soon as something deviates from normal or goes offline. This allows us to sometimes investigate a problem before it affects your team or customers.
We can investigate and resolve many issues through remote management. If that doesn't work, we determine the appropriate next step or plan a targeted intervention based on the available diagnosis.
We’ll first check the connection, network hardware, and relevant systems via amplr.cloud. You’ll receive a clear update on what we’re seeing, what actions we’re taking, and what else might be needed.
That depends on your support plan and the terms of your agreement. Monitoring and automatic network functions remain active; telephone support and interventions outside standard hours are agreed upon in advance.
Prijzen & contracten
Because Connectivity as a Service bundles hardware, installation, and ongoing support into a single fixed monthly price, we spread that investment over a longer period—specifically, 36 months. This way, you never have to pay a large upfront cost, and your monthly budget remains predictable, even if you expand to multiple locations.
No. What's in your quote is what you pay. We discuss setup costs for installation upfront, not afterward on your invoice.
Together, we'll go over what you have today and what needs to be transferred or replaced. We'll handle the switch as much as possible without you having to figure anything out yourself.
Of course! If you expand to more locations or need additional capacity, your network will scale accordingly. Just get in touch with your account manager.
