Is there a job opening listed on /jobs and are you applying for it? If so, we will use the information you provide—such as your resume and cover letter—solely to evaluate your application. Legal basis: necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Through /schedule-a-meeting, you can schedule a meeting via Calendly, a tool provided by Calendly LLC (United States). When doing so, you provide your name, email address, and preferred time. We use this information to prepare for and conduct the meeting. Calendly processes this data as an independent party and may also set its own functional cookies; their cookie and privacy policies can be found at calendly.com. Legal basis: your consent and the preparation of an agreement with your organization.

Using the contact form at /contact or /help-center, enter your first name, last name, and email address, along with your question. We use this information to answer your question and, where relevant, to provide you with an appropriate proposal. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in answering your question.

If you become a customer of Amplr, the retention periods specified in your customer agreement and the legal obligations—including accounting requirements—will apply to your customer data.

We retain application data for the duration of the application process, unless you give us permission to retain your data longer for future job openings.

We’ll keep your email address until you unsubscribe, plus a short period afterward to ensure your unsubscription is processed correctly.

We retain contact form and lead data for up to 2 years after your last contact with Amplr.

Some of the partners we work with, such as Calendly, Google, and Meta, are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards—such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses—so that your data remains adequately protected there as well.

We share data only with carefully selected IT and hosting partners who enable our website and forms to function, with Calendly to schedule meetings, with Google and Meta once we activate analytics and marketing cookies and you have given your consent, and when we are legally required to do so, for example, at the request of a competent government authority.

No, we never sell your information to third parties.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. If you do notice anything suspicious, please let us know immediately at hallo@amplr.be.
