Critical Environments

A network that keeps running, even when downtime isn't an option

Campgrounds, car washes, amusement parks: often with limited on-site staff, often operating multiple locations at once, and a network that simply has to work—even on the busiest day of the year. Amplr keeps that infrastructure stable, secure, and manageable.

Always connected. No hassle.

Why Things Go Wrong

Most of these locations don’t discover their network problem until a visitor is standing in front of a malfunctioning barrier or payment terminal—at a time when there’s often no one on site to intervene quickly. Yet the cause is usually both predictable and preventable.

No backup

A single internet connection without automatic failover. If it goes down, payment terminals, toll gates, or car washes come to a standstill, with no one on site to intervene quickly.

No traffic separation

Guest Wi-Fi, payment systems, and operational devices such as barriers, car washes, or ticketing systems are often connected to the same network. A single overloaded device can thus bring the entire operation to a standstill.

No visibility into your other locations

You only find out that a location is down through a phone call or a complaint, and when you're managing multiple sites at once, you often don't know right away where the problem lies.

No monitoring

No one actively monitors network performance, especially at locations without a permanent staff. A problem only becomes apparent when a visitor reports it.

No Liability for Malfunctions

Internet, Wi-Fi, and support are handled by separate providers. If something goes wrong, everyone points the finger at each other: the internet provider says it’s your Wi-Fi’s fault, and the Wi-Fi provider says it’s the line’s fault. While you wait, the delay builds up—and so does your frustration.

The amplr Approach

Here's what you can expect from us

Unbreakable Internet

Your location will always remain online, even if your primary internet connection goes down. Amplr automatically switches to a backup connection so that payment terminals, toll gates, and other critical systems continue to function.

Hardware built to keep running

Not off-the-shelf routers, but network hardware designed to deliver consistent performance, even outdoors and under varying conditions.

Guest Wi-Fi and Network Segmentation, Securely Managed

Guest Wi-Fi, payment systems, and operational devices are strictly separated from one another. Through PPSK, each user or guest receives their own unique Wi-Fi key, ensuring that a malfunction or overload on one network never affects the other.

One overview for all your locations

Whether you have a single location or a chain of dozens, you can see how each location is performing in a single dashboard and immediately understand where the risks lie.

A single point of contact

You'll be assigned a dedicated contact who is familiar with your business and network. Just call or email, and you'll immediately speak with someone who knows exactly what you're talking about. No call center, no ticket number.

Rapid Response to Malfunctions

If something goes wrong, we'll step in before you even realize it. Downtime costs you time and revenue, so we don't wait around.

Our Approach

This is how we work

We'll determine your needs

During an initial, free consultation, we’ll work with you to assess how your organization operates, which systems rely on connectivity, and where your greatest needs lie.

We are finalizing the installation

We'll start based on the available plan. If necessary, we'll visit the site to properly assess the installation, equipment setup, and required hardware.

We'll prepare a quote

Based on our discussion and site visit, we’ll prepare a clear quote. Once we have your approval, we’ll schedule the work.

We'll come and install everything

Our in-house technicians install and test the hardware. We then clearly explain amplr.cloud and the selected features, such as guest Wi-Fi.

We make sure everything keeps running smoothly

After installation, we’ll continue to monitor your network and are available 7 days a week to provide support. This ensures that issues are detected more quickly and that everything continues to run as reliably as possible.

Veelgestelde vragen

What's the difference compared to my current internet service provider?

An ISP typically provides the connection. Amplr takes a holistic view of the entire network: from routers and Wi-Fi to failover, insights, and support. We can maintain your existing connection, supplement it, or take it over entirely, depending on what works best for your organization.

Can Amplr manage multiple locations?

Yes. Amplr is designed for organizations with one or more locations. We use a single, repeatable network standard and bring all locations together in amplr.cloud.

What can I see on amplr.cloud?

You can view the status of your locations, networks, and connected devices. You can monitor and manage them yourself, or leave the day-to-day management entirely to Amplr.

What happens in the event of a malfunction?

Monitoring alerts us as soon as something is out of the ordinary. Whenever possible, we intervene remotely. If the primary connection fails and failover is in place, the agreed-upon critical systems automatically switch over.

Is Amplr an internet service provider?

Amplr goes beyond what a traditional internet service provider offers. We combine your internet connection with network hardware, automatic backups, monitoring, and support. This way, you have a single partner who not only provides the service but also continues to follow up with you.
