A network that keeps running, even when the entire building is online at the same time
Video calls, streaming, working from home: your residents expect it to just work—in every room, at any time. Amplr keeps that foundation stable, secure, and manageable, so a Wi-Fi issue never becomes your problem.
Always connected. No hassle.
Why Things Go Wrong
Most cohousing communities don’t discover their network issues until a resident complains about the Wi-Fi cutting out—by which time the dissatisfaction has already set in. Yet the cause is usually both predictable and preventable.
Amplr works for any shared living arrangement, but its impact is greatest in:
Here's what you can expect from us
Your business will always remain online, even if your primary internet connection goes down. Amplr automatically switches to a backup connection so that all critical systems continue to operate.
Not off-the-shelf routers, but network hardware designed to deliver consistent performance in a professional environment.
We use separate networks so that each resident has their own digital bubble. No one can see into anyone else’s devices or files.
Whether you have one or twenty businesses, you can see how each network is performing in a single dashboard.
You'll be assigned a dedicated contact who is familiar with your business and network. Just call or email, and you'll immediately speak with someone who knows exactly what you're talking about. No call center, no ticket number.
If something goes wrong, we’ll step in before your residents have to report it themselves. Inaction erodes trust, so we don’t wait around.
Amplr in Practice
At the outdoor seating areas of Ventura, Albatros, and Rendez Vous in Ghent, everything relies on QR code ordering, which can’t afford to falter. Amplr provided a failover connection and free guest Wi-Fi, ensuring that guests can always order and pay.
Hawaiian Poke Bowl grew from 10 to over 50 locations in Belgium and the Netherlands, each with its own approach to the network that was starting to cause friction. Amplr standardized everything, and on-site technical visits dropped by 90%.
Bavet operates 15 locations using Lightspeed, payment terminals, and Deliverect—systems that all go down at once in the event of a network outage. A unified network keeps orders, payments, and delivery operations running smoothly in all restaurants.
Internet, hardware, and services in a single monthly package
This is how we work
During an initial, free consultation, we’ll work with you to assess how your organization operates, which systems rely on connectivity, and where your greatest needs lie.
We'll start based on the available plan. If necessary, we'll visit the site to properly assess the installation, equipment setup, and required hardware.
Based on our discussion and site visit, we’ll prepare a clear proposal. Once we have your approval, we’ll schedule the work.
Our in-house technicians install and test the hardware. We then clearly explain amplr.cloud and the selected features, such as guest Wi-Fi.
After installation, we’ll continue to monitor your network and are available 7 days a week to provide support. This helps us detect issues more quickly and ensures that everything continues to run as reliably as possible.
Veelgestelde vragen
An ISP typically provides the connection. Amplr takes a holistic view of the entire network: from routers and Wi-Fi to failover, insights, and support. We can maintain your existing connection, supplement it, or take it over entirely, depending on what works best for your organization.
Yes. Amplr is designed for organizations with one or more locations. We use a single, repeatable network standard and bring all locations together in amplr.cloud.
You can view the status of your locations, networks, and connected devices. You can monitor and manage them yourself, or leave the day-to-day management entirely to Amplr.
Monitoring alerts us as soon as something is out of the ordinary. Whenever possible, we intervene remotely. If the primary connection fails and failover is in place, the agreed-upon critical systems automatically switch over.
Amplr goes beyond what a traditional internet service provider offers. We combine your internet connection with network hardware, automatic backups, monitoring, and support. This way, you have a single partner who not only provides the service but also continues to follow up with you.
